- The session (90 min):
A working session with a veteran CTO — not a junior “consultant,” not a discovery call in disguise. Bring the situation; we bring pattern recognition from 20+ companies.
- The written read (48 hrs):
Our independent assessment: people, process, or architecture problem; severity; the three questions to ask your team; and your board narrative.
Why $750
Because this is how new clients meet us. If it leads to an audit or an engagement, the full $750 comes off the bill. If it doesn’t, you still own an independent expert read that would survive board scrutiny. Either way you’ll know more on Friday than you do today.
